Agreement to Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of Unsurmise English Atelier services provided via the domain unsurmise.bond and related pages. By accessing our site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. If you access on behalf of an organization, you confirm authority to bind that organization.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activities under your account. Notify us promptly of suspicious activity.
Enrollment and Payments
Pricing is listed on course pages. Taxes may apply depending on your location. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for course fees.
Cancellations and Refunds
Full refund is available before the first live session. After that, refunds are prorated for unused sessions within the first two weeks for live cohorts, and within seven days for self-paced tracks if less than 20% is completed.
Acceptable Conduct
Be respectful. Do not harass instructors or peers, do not share unauthorized recordings, and do not misuse materials.
Intellectual Property
All materials are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable educational use. Do not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Disclaimers and Liability
We deliver courses with care but do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., promotions or test scores). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant course.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
